		<description>i got a blackberry a month ago and although it has quite a few good things, its so complicated that many of the abilities are unaccessible. For example i cant MMS, email, IM, or use the internet all of which i could do on the RAZR (my previous phone) and not on this phone. They really have to work on making this phone easier to use or atleast provide some intructions.</description>
