Grow up and learn english. Some students can use their phone responcibile. As for the stupid bitchs who disturb class with ringtones being on or texting because they want to know whats up in the next class over. Cell Phones should be allowed in school but should not be on. I also think that some punishment for having a cell phone out is over the top. Take the cell phone away for the class and give the kid a detention. There is no need to take it away for a semester. stupid ass rules are just going to make parents and students have a up roar.
